Dance Recital

We signed Hailey up for dance class in late 2009. Every Monday morning we headed off to Dance Elite studio for her Tiny Two's class. It was a combo class of tap and ballet. It has been so much fun watching her grow into a little dancer over the last few months. Her first class she spent on our lap, being too scared to dance with the other girls, and by the end, she loved every minute of her class dancing with the other girls - Hailey, Hailey, Hadley, Hadley and Taia :)
The recital was held June 26, 2010 at the Everett Civic Auditorium. We were wondering if Hailey would even go out on stage, considering the auditorium held over 1000 people. But sure enough, she marched right out on stage and did her dance - Katie the Kangaroo. She was a great little ballerina!!!!! We couldn't have been more proud of her:)
She had a rehearsal on Wednesday night that Grandpa Keith and Michele came to. For the show on Sat. she had a big crowd. Grandma and Papa were there, along with Grandma Vicki, Great-E (all the way from California), Great Auntie Karen and Great Uncle Dougie (all the way from Oregon)!!!
Like I said, we are so proud of Hailey and what she accomplished these last few months in dance! We love our little ballernia and cant wait to see the all the other surprises she has for us in life:)
